VIP Program

In union with our worldwide service centers, the Houston, TX service center offers VIP full service contracts. Unique and cost effective programs such as the VIP Compressor Program and the Compressor Remanufacturing Program are globally available through our Houston, TX service center.

The VIP Compressor Program permits you to store your compressor with Mycom, while keeping the peace of mind that the warranty clock does not begin until the unit is shipped out of storage to you.

Under the VIP program, your spare rotor or compressor will be placed in VIP Storage at our facility in Houston, Texas, where it will be maintained in accordance with Mycom requirements and specifications. The spare compressor or rotor will be shipped out to the customer site within 24 hours of customer notification. The warranty period on the spare compressor or rotors will not start until the customer receives the unit. The rotors and compressor can be stored for a period of up to 3 years with no additional charge. Mycom’s VIP program eliminates the need for expensive extended storage crates, regular maintenance of stored compressors, warehouse space, and the headache of searching your plant for the spare parts.

The Compressor Remanufacturing Program is a cost effective means of reviving your damaged compressor. Pricing includes all parts and labor and is independent on severity of damage or negligence, but is simply a fixed percentage of the cost of an equivalent new compressor. Your remanufactured compressor will be brought to within Mycom factory specifications and given a one year warranty guaranteeing that all workmanship and parts will be free of defects. In the event that your Mycom compressor is economically or physically irreparable it will be replaced at no additional charge.
